Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems.
Deep Tissue Massage is an intensive treatment used to release chronic muscle tension and tension in the connective tissue through slower strokes and more direct pressure applied across the grain of the muscles. Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, plus improves circulation and range of movement. While relaxation massage is wonderful for you, it is less effective than the deeper styles for changing soft tissue tension.
