Amanda started working as a Massage Therapist in a spa atmosphere but left when she decided to follow her passion to a more clinical practice. Amanda loves being able to help each client with their different needs, she has a vast background in fitness and rehabilitation knowledge that allows her to treat and assist clients in their wellness goals. She strives to help every client with their goals and improve their mind, body and spirit in that process.

Danièle has been the owner and operator of Optimum Health Center for 13 years. She is continually dedicated to your care and providing the best service possible.  Danièle has also worked with many different types of athletes and has been selected to work at the Canada Games 4 times.  We continue to watch her grow as a business owner and practitioner and are excited for what she thinks up next.

Dan Buckland, an Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for optimizing performance and fostering recovery. Dan brings a wealth of expertise to our clinic. Having spent over 16 years in the dynamic world of junior hockey with the Sudbury Wolves and internationally with Team Canada. 

As an RMT of 22 years, Dan possesses advanced proficiency in various massage techniques tailored to meet individual needs. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Dan remains dedicated to staying abreast of the latest advancements in sports therapy and helps to foster that in the next generation of therapists as a part time faculty member at Cambrian College.

Kylie is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree from Yorkville University. They strive to create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space to express emotions without judgment. They are passionate about using integrative approaches to build a space of collaboration where trust, safety and support are prioritized.

Pau Barin is a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian in the Philippines and a Nutritionist in Canada. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics for 4 years from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines in 2019 and began her career as an Online Dietitian Coach. She later worked as a Therapeutic Dietitian in a hospital and as a Nutrition Specialist in the corporate sector. Her passion for sports and wellness led her to further her studies in Fitness and Health Promotion at Cambrian College.

Sophie has graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. During these 4 years she had the opportunity to study in depth the fundamentals of human kinetics such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning and physical conditioning. She continued her education in manual therapy in Hamilton at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she obtained her M.OMsc, refining her education in anatomy, physiology, and the body’s mechanics. 

Her journey in health and wellness has led her to Optimum, where she aspires to help patients improve their heath and mobility by restoring coordination in the body’s structure, alongside an amazing team of health professionals.
