Everyone can and should exercise. Exercise has been proven to improve both mental and physical well-being following a cancer diagnosis. The program is appropriate for any fitness level or stage of cancer and is performed under the supervision of an Exercise Specialist.
The program includes:
- An individual assessment
- Personalized exercise
