The value of attending the seminar: Participants will leave this seminar with the appropriate knowledge to feel confident in a workout class. Seminars are directed by a Registered Exercise and Health Practitioner and are usually an hour in duration. These seminars can be adjusted to suit your needs. This is an excellent way to increase awareness about workout techniques and best practices to help achieve your goals.
