 Our Ergonomic Assessment includes:

• Improving workstation design and layout
• Instructing employees on proper chair usage 
• Reviewing best seating and work posture practices
• Surveying lighting issues including monitor glare
• Reviewing best practices for mousing and keyboard 
• Identifying potential risk factors in the workplace
• Recommending correct ergonomic equipment

Our Ergonomic Seminar includes: 

• Principles of neutral posture 
• How to diminish pain in the office 
• Basics of optimal workstation set up 
• Risk for musculoskeletal injury  

The value of attending the seminar:  

Participants will leave this seminar with the ability to adjust their chairs and workstations to minimize risk for fatigue and pain. Seminars are directed by Kinesiologist and are usually an hour and can be adjusted to suit your needs. This is an excellent way to increase awareness and to meet an employer’s legal obligations to educate workers about safe work practices.
